Students should not arrive at school before 8:30 am as there is no supervision provided before this time. The preferred time of arrival is 8.45 am. If students arrive before 8:30 am they must wait at the front gate until a staff member directs them to move to their lining up areas. Students who arrive regularly before 8.30 am should be booked into Outside School Hours Care.
Supervision is available in designated line-up areas from 8:45 am. Then at 8:55 am, classroom teachers escort students to the classroom where students should put their bags away and move into the classroom to begin preparing for their day.
The classroom teacher marks the class roll daily between 9.00 am and 9.15 am. Students arriving after 9.00 am should report to the school office to obtain a late slip to give to their teacher on arrival at their classroom, due to the possibility that the class roll is already marked.
