At CPSS students are encouraged to participate in a range of sports. Each year students in Prep-Year 3 are encouraged to be involved in the Pitch-to-Post and Mini Athletics carnivals and students in Years 4-6 are invited to compete at the annual Athletics and Cross Country Carnivals.
Additionally, students in Years 5-6 are invited to participate in inter-school sport in Terms 2 and 3. In Term 2 students have the choice of Netball, Soccer and Rugby League and in Term 3 students may choose from Oz Tag, AFL and Basketball.
