Students should not arrive at school before 8:30 am as there is no supervision provided before this time. If students arrive before 8:30 am they must wait at the front gate until they are directed by a staff member to move to their lining up areas. Students that arrive regularly before 8.30 am should be booked into Outside School Hours Care.
Supervision is available in designated line-up areas from 8:30 am and then at 8:45 am, classroom teachers escort students to the classroom where students should put their bags away and move into the classroom to begin preparing for their day.
The class roll is marked daily by the classroom teacher, between 8.50 am and 9.00 am. Students arriving after 8.50 am should report to the school office to obtain a late slip to give to their teacher on arrival at their classroom, due to the possibility that the class roll is already marked.
